Phase 3: Fast Metabolism Diet No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies  1c almond butter 1/2c coconut oil 1/2c coconut butter 1/2c cocoa powder 1/4 dark cocoa bar 4 tbsp stevia 1/2 tsp vanilla 2c oats 1/2c chopped almonds,pecans,or cashews  Mix all ingredients except the oats and the nuts in a large sauce pan until melted and smooth.  Remove from heat and add oats and nuts.  Pour into a pan lined with foil or wax paper. Let chill in fridge at least one hour. Cut into pieces and serve.
