Saw these on another pin, but changed the recipe a bit. Toss 3-4 cups almonds and pecans with 2 tsps vanilla and one egg white. Mix in one cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp salt. Grease bottom and sides of crock pot with coconut oil. Put nut mixture in crock pot and cook low for 3 hrs. Stir periodically. Add 1/4 cup water and cook low for 45 more minutes.
