Sharing this breakfast feast in a glass because it was so delicious. Soaked sunflower and pumpkin seeds 1 tbs each, 1 tbs chia seeds, half a banana, 1/2 tbs raw cocoa powder, topped up to required consistency with home-made almond milk. Totally yummy.
