*GREAT TASTY Smoothie: Almond Milk, Honey, Coconut oil, Cinnamon, Apple, Strawberry, Raspberry, Banana, Oatmeal.  **Heads Up.. it's like a drano for your insides.  My teenager came up w/the combination. We named it, "The HENNESSY."

Protein smoothie: chia, spirulina, hemp, maca, goji, flaxseed, strawberries, raspberries, almond milk.

**** Fruit Smoothie***** Aloe Vera, Flax, Chia, Coconut, Cinnamon,  Mango, Banana,  Soymilk (Or Almond milk) Although it has 2 fruits (to some this might be too much sugar) atleast its natural earth made sugar, not man made(powdered, processed chemicals). If you're going to train hard you need good nutrition. Also, as per studies you can have a few fruits a day, just as long as its no later than 3pm. Give your body enough time to process it.  #StudyingNutrition #WorkingOnMyGoals…
