Rocky Rococo Sausage recipe. After searching the interweb I could not find a recipe so I made one up. Darn close. 1 lbs pork sausage (from Aldi's) 1 teaspoon pepper flakes 1.5 table spoon Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon sage, 1.5 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika. Put meat in a food processor and mix. Spoon onto a cookie sheet with a tablespoon and loosely shape into a flattened square. Put under a broiler for 4-5 minutes until barely cooked through. Place on pizza with 7 minute left.
