Going to Spain for a late breakfast today. My ancestors would be proud! Cold potato salad, Spanish style. Boiled egg with boiled potatoes marinated overnight in the fridge with tuna (atún - bonito atlantico in olive oil), capers, lemon juice, black pepper, diced rosemary, chopped white onion and a tiny dash of himalayan salt. This is so easy to prepare and SO good! This would make a great tapas or appetizer, by the way. The portion is small.
