Roast shank of pork with Bavarian dumplings. Shank slow cookered with caraway and bay with the potatoes for the dumpling. Cooled then roasted. Dumplings of potato, flour, egg, poached in cooking liquor. Dressed with beer butter sauce deglazed from the roasting tin. Served with quick pickled red onion, cabbage & carrot, gherkin & watercress. Sides of creamed horseradish & Bavarian mustard.
Rare skirt steak, served with a warm portobello mushroom, rocket & radicchio salad (dressed with evoo, white wine vinegar, horseradish & coriander). Served with crinkle cut, Thyme wedges and a peppercorn sauce.
Friday night Ribeye steak. Served with rocket & Parmesan salad; fries; 4 peppercorn sauce (butter, shallot, brandy, beef stock, cream, black pepper, green peppercorn, red peppercorn & Schezhuen pepper).
