John McCain has finally found the two he needs: Sen. Chuck Schumer and Denis McDonough.

The Manchester Village Council voted to increase salaries for village employees, at their bi-weekly meeting Sept. 17. They also heard a presentation about the new transit authority and discussed holiday decorations.    Village staff will receive a 1.8 percent pay raise, retroactive to the start of the budget year, July 1. Council President Pat Vailliencourt said they had not received a compensation increase in the previous two years, and they have made concessions on their insurance.
