This 3 tier round cake was made in a Planet Cake course here in Melbourne. I think The Twist is one of PC's signature designs. The dark icing looks like black in the photo, but it's actually dark brown chocolate icing. The orchids were also made in class.
In keeping with their elegant-rustic theme, the bride and groom chose a four-tiered coconut and triple-chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. Chocolate branches, fondant leaves, and blueberries gave it a natural look.
