To some degree or another, all of us need to work on self-love. Thoughts & feelings about ourselves play a vital role in the health of our immune system. Kind thoughts & oving actions toward ourself greatly improve our immune system. But, why is it so hard for us to take time to really care for ourselves like we do others? Each morning, ask yourself: What is the one thing I really need for me today?  Let your intuition guide you. Trust whatever comes up and take action on it.

Do you practice self care every day? Do you ask yourself what your soul/heart/body needs and then fulfill the request? I have a hard time sometimes with listening to my body, but I'm working on that self care aspect of my life.

Do you think too much? Thinking too much usually creates a problem that doesn't even exist. When facing tough situations in life, thinking too much does not help too. Relax.
