Tree swallow (Tachycineta bicolor) love the more teal color to this bird. I don't think these are in Sedona, but I have seen a teal, black & white bird, small size, but can't find it in a book.

Tufted Titmouse Habitat: Deciduous woodlands, preferably in swamps and river bottoms; has adapted to residential wooded areas. Diet: Insects, berries and seeds. Backyard Favorites: Sunflower and safflower seeds, most kinds of nuts, peanut butter and suet.

White Monjita (Xolmis irupero) is found in central and northeast Argentina; also the Caatinga, and Pantanal regions of Brazil, then Paraguay, Bolivia, & Uruguay.
