This was my first hunter "Gimlet" back in the 60's in a Junior Hunter Appointment class in Long Island. I acquired this horse right off the race track, through Frank Chapot, and trained him with Captain Vladimir S. Littauer himself following his step by step method which can be found in his book "Schooling Your Horse". His method is based entirely on the Forward Riding System and the Italian methodology modernized by Chamberlin, Littauer, and other great masters. ~ Bernie Traurig
