A new variation on a classic, well, not really new... Hamburgers (beef), sprinkled with a garlic pepper seasoning, grilled for about 20 minutes and garnished with fresh mozzarella (under the tomato), tomato, and a sandwich slice pickle. Served on a grilled wheat bun. Lovely!
