Baked Avocado & Egg: 1 organic avocado, halved remove pit 1 egg salt, pepper, & favorite seasoning – I used Fajita Seasoning Preheat oven to 425F. Flip each avocado side over & slice off enough of rounded skin so that it can sit flat when fleshy side is up. Place avocadoes, fleshy side up, in baking pan. Crack some salt into each hole.
