Ropa Vieja with Arepas: Ropa Vieja is a traditional Cuban dish, usually made with flank steak. It is cooked until very tender and it shreds, which is why it is called Ropa Vieja. Ropa Vieja translates to 'ragged clothes' or 'old clothes'.
