Bee Eater - bee-eaters are gregarious. They form colonies by nesting in burrows tunnelled into the side of sandy banks, such as those that have collapsed on the edges of rivers~~

Goldfinches love Nyger (thistle seed) and black-oiled sunflower seed. They also like purple coneflower and black-eyed susan seed heads left standing in the winter months. Shown above, Goldfinch on Zinnias for the seeds.
