This poor horse. He looks like his back is gonna give out from underneath him. I can't honestly imagine how the ride thinks the horse is okay or happy.

Perforacja, Arabian mare with a small blood mark on the shoulder. It's kind of funny with these blood marks, very often they are located on shoulder or neck or in some cases they may also reach to the head. But rarely if ever I have seen a bloodmark on hindquarters. I'd like to see photos of these, if some are available.

bloodmark (aka bloody shoulder) - when a grey horse doesn't lighten up in 1 or more areas of body (bloodmark can be anywhere). It happens on flea-bitten grays and the "flea bites" form a patch.

The Caspian horse is extremely agile. They also have a one-of-a-kind vaulted head as a result of the bones forming inside the forehead in an unusual manner. Found residing in Northern Iran, these creatures are very small compared to most grown horses, but are not to be confused with ponies.
