plant fossils - this is similar to a fossil of a delicate-looking plant that can be viewed in the NYS Museum, Albany, NY - how can a delicate plant maintain its form over MILLIONS of years without decaying?? it can't! this is evidence for a devastating world-wide flood which produced massive sediment suddenly and sealed the plant, preventing it from decaying.
What do butterflies, spiders and lobsters have in common? They are all surviving relatives of a newly identified species called Yawunik kootenayi, a marine creature with two pairs of eyes and prominent grasping appendages .
