*MADE* 21 Day Fix Recipe: Slow-Cooker Creamy Mexican Chicken -- this is good! Of course, I completely forgot to buy an onion and bell peppers, so my veggie container count is off for what I prepared. It was super easy to make and it's very flavorful. But I do wish I could serve it over rice without using all my yellows in one meal :-( it does separate some (water from yogurt) after being in the fridge so don't freak out.
