The Tipsy Pineapple - 6 ounces frozen pineapple juice concentrate ½ cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh) 1 cup milk ½ cup rum, regular, spiced or coconut (I used spiced) 1 tablespoon sugar 12 ice cubes - BLEND ALL

I had these in the Virgin Islands! They call it the PAINKILLER. Rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, orange juice & fresh nutmeg. I think I have a headache and need a painkiller:) They are awesome!
