1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1 1/4 cups white sugar 1 cup mashed feijoas 1 tsp vanilla essence 75 grams butter, softened 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon Method 1. Place the first six ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. 2. Place the mixture into a separate bowl and fold in the remaining five ingredients. 3. Place the mixture into a greased and baking paper-lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
