Italian Vegan Garbanzo Bean Soup
This vegan Italian chickpea tomato soup is one of my all-time favorite vegan soups or vegetable soups in general! It's super easy to make, incredibly delicious, and packed with protein! It's a great vegan recipe for busy weekdays. You can even make it ahead. SO good!
Creamy Tuscan White Bean Soup. $7.26 (kale, 2 cans of white bean, cashews, onion, sundried tomatoes) If you like basil and sundried tomatoes, then this is the recipe for you! The cashew cream turns this from a stew to fall comfort food. Just be sure to chop up the kale a lot. Made 6 one cup servings and I doubled the amount of cream. (one bunch of kale produces about 6 cups)
