A number of New Zealand’s motorsport stars, including racing legend Greg Murphy, are being recognised for their world-class efforts in a new display at this year’s CRC Speedshow dubbed the New Zealand Legends of Speed.
Jetblack, the New Zealand-led challenge for the world land speed record, is bringing their full-size concept car to CRC Speedshow. The massive, sleek black concept car will dominate all other vehicles on display at this year’s CRC Speedshow at the ASB Showgrounds on 21 and 22 July. The monocoque chassis of Jetblack concept car is New Zealand’s first-ever world land speed record attempt. Tickets to the show are Children (10-15 years) $10, Adults $20, Children under 10 FREE.
The achievements of New Zealand racing icon Bruce McLaren and the anniversary of the formation of his company, Bruce McLaren Motor Racing (BMMR) Limited, will be celebrated at next year’s CRC Speedshow in Auckland.
