#swimming #swimmers #fitness I swim, but I'm pretty slow. I've done a few triathlons, but nowadays, it's just a bit of a cardio workout for me. I see many people stick to one stroke. I often do 500 m freestyle, then 500 m breaststroke. Sometimes the last 500 m is alternating between the two strokes to break the boredom. It's not like running where you have something to look at, other than the pool floor. Onwards and upwards. Keep moving!!!
