Back & Biceps at Home!
Here’s a back and bicep workout that you can do at home! I do miss a lot of the machines from the gym, but I have been working out at home for the past five years and so I have had to adapt! And guess what? You can still build muscle in your home gym! Workouts like this can help. I would hit each exercise for 10 to 12 reps and 3 to 4 sets. I would also do supersets, so one back and one bicep exercise, repeat for three rounds, and then move onto the next superset.
