Pat Shepherd is a photographer, designer and the founder and director of One Percent Collective. Pat loves making things better.  He currently manages the charity SpinningTop. In 2011, he turned his lens on his own charity project and realised there was a place for One Percent Collective in the world. He's a photographer, graphic designer, and non-profit guru, with the future goal of making One Percent run sustainably with a great crew!

He's proud that he once made a beautiful prototype of set-top box middleware for one of Europe's largest cable companies, and he also happened to design a text-based first person shooter. One of his future goals is to visit South America!

She manages the database and helps with day to day operations, and is also a film director!
