Dana Iti recently joined Hashbang as their newest Junior Developer! She's got a toolkit of amazing skills including front/back-end development, PHP, and Ruby on Rails. One of the exciting projects she's working on right now is a Maori website. She'd love to get to teach kids to code, and also to see more women become developers.

Hamish Evans is a founding member of Hashbang, a team of web application design innovators. Hamish is a software developer with skills in Ruby on Rails, and has 5 years of industry experience with Scrum project management. He loves his job because no problem is ever the same, and working with the Dojo presents opportunities to meet and network with many different kinds of people. His future goals for Hashbang are to create a company that empowers people to do what they love.
Nick Green is a code monster! He has 21 years of experience, and works for WIP as the Technology master. He can be found in the Wellington Dojo, creating WIP's amazing cloud-based system. He's proud that he once made a beautiful prototype of set-top box middleware for one of Europe's largest cable companies, and he also happened to design a text-based first person shooter. One of his future goals is to visit South America!
Jasmine Francis is a recent addition to the Hashbang team as a Junior Designer. She's a talented creative with a Diploma in Graphic Design from YooBee. She's stoked to be working with Hashbang, and also paints and draws in her free time.
Candace Little is one of the latest additions to the lovely TalentShop, a talent recruiter with a focus on creative and digital careers. She manages the database and helps with day to day operations, and is also a film director! One of her career highlights was being directed by Peter Jackson as a double in The Hobbit, and she'd love to one day travel the world and live in a variety of different cities while directing films.
Kerry Tolley is an Interior Designer for Spaceworks Wellington, specializing in retail, office, and hospitality interior design nationwide. She's got 10 years of experience under her belt, and is even helping the Welly Dojo with its upcoming expansion! She looks forward to gaining some larger-scale government projects, and enjoys her work because she gets to meet lots of people and utilize her creativity to manifest real results.
James Findlater is the singular designer for WIP, a cloud-based share-and-review app for video. He's got 8 years of creative experience, specialising in web design, HTML/CSS, experience design, and illustration. He's also a freelance philosopher. One of his career highlights was being handed a giant novelty cheque at Webstock. Life goal achieved.
Rollo Wenlock is the CEO of WIP Videos, a startup that helps video makers work faster and smarter around video share and review. WIP came out of the first round of the Lightning Lab accelerator, and have been at the Dojo ever since. With over 19 years of experience, she’s a specialist in design + print project management, as well as writing and photography. She’s stoked about BigEars being finalists in two awards in the last two weeks, and is working to make BigEars a household name.
Sarah Martin is a business strategist/developer for Low Flying Kiwis, a tourism-oriented business pursuing a variety of different projects. Sez brings these projects to fruition, specializing in business modeling, navigating legalities, and acting as a project manager. She enjoys her job because it gives her a sense of autonomy, and enjoys working with the BizDojo as it gives small businesses easy access to resources.
