LOCAL VOLUNTEER STORY: Four volunteers, Doug, Gordon, Larry, and Tim, recently worked to extend the shade house at Grovetown Lagoon. Until this extension, the shade house had been full to overflowing with seedlings and potting mix ready for volunteers to separate the seedlings into individual bags. With double the room in the shade house now, volunteers will be able to do even more with the seedlings and this should lead to a greater capacity for new plantings in the wetlands area!
