Pink 'n' Creamy ⁠• 50 ml Flame of Passion Pink Gin⁠ ⁠• 25 ml Fresh lemon juice⁠ ⁠• 15 ml Grenadine syrup⁠ ⁠• 3 dashes cherry bitters⁠ ⁠• 4 dashes Fee Foam (or an egg white)⁠ ⁠• 15 ml Cream⁠ ⁠ Dry shake all ingredients first. Add lots of ice and shake again. Double strain into a Coupette (or Martini) glass. Garnish with an Amarena cherry.⁠

50ml Kirkjuvagr Orkney Gin • 15ml Fig syrup • Cinnamon stick • Clementine slice • Premium tonic water •Build this in the glass over ice. Add gin and fig syrup, give it a stir. Top up with tonic water. Garnish with cinnamon, clementine and/or a fig. Fig syrup • Add sugar, water and figs to a saucepan. • Muddle the figs. • Stir until the sugar has dissolved. • Take off the heat, cover with a lid and leave to sit for 30 minutes to an hour. • Strain and store in the fridge.
